In our expanding market, we are seeking to appoint an Administrator who will be responsible for the effective and efficient support and administration of the UK Land Water Wells business.
About our opportunity
This role will be based out of our Presteigne location.
Key tasks include:
- - Responding to and handling incoming queries.
- - Chasing customer debts.
- - Processing sales and purchase Invoices.
- - Booking in of work orders.
- - Raising purchase Invoices.
- - Banking reconciliations.
- - Resolve Data Quality issues.
- - Work to continually improve process.
- - Support any other business administration requirement.
- - Support the business team as and when necessary
It is essential that you have experience working within a fast paced office; are an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) and display strong self-management skills and an ability to multitask
It will be beneficial if you have experience working within a blue collar environment, however not essential.
Hours Full time 44.5 hours per week
